【2024台灣廚藝慈善大義演】海外義煮活動

由亞洲華商經貿聯合總會、拉曼大學邀請台灣廚藝美食協會,協會何育任理事長帶領28位精湛廚藝大師,共同舉辦「台灣廚藝慈善大義演」的海外義煮活動,關心與扶持馬國醫療設備及建設基金活動,並達到廚藝獻愛心的終極目標。活動主要目的也是為了籌募治療設施、醫療和非醫療支援設施基金。

第一天於隆盛佛跳墙酒樓,由葉國献、何京寶、黃世宏、古德榮、梁家榮、陸巧因、許家益、夏家偉等8位主廚及青年廚師李靖杰、陳瑜宣現場烹飪台灣味佛跳墻、紅蟳蒸米糕、大腸包小腸、清水米糕、珍珠奶茶、鹹酥雞、楊枝甘露等台灣小吃。第二天於金寶市為拉曼大學貧困學生準備200個台灣味的愛心便當。接著馬不停蹄趕往安順市,為明天的700個便當進行前製備。第三天於寶常貳府廟製作700個台灣家常味道的愛心便當發送給當地的養老院長輩、育幼院孩童與殘障人士享用,將世廚無國界送愛心的精神與宗旨,溫暖關懷至全球各地。


四月一日,回到拉曼大學,由拉曼大學校長拿督尤芳達及亞洲華商經貿聯合總會江鈞仲會長致贈感謝狀,感謝台灣廚藝美食協會所有團員,將這次的愛心慈善義煮「台灣味、人情味」帶到馬來西亞。江總會長也立即邀請協會參加今年7月5日暑假舉辦的美食饗宴慈善之夜,雙方應允,將台灣的好口味與愛心再次傳至馬來西亞。
最後,再次感謝與台灣廚藝美食協會同行的夥伴們,過程辛苦且充滿挑戰,但大家齊心協力、不畏艱辛的精神與態度,呈現我們引以為傲的廚師魂,這是回憶滿滿的一趟旅程,也是盡一己之力回饋社會的寶貴經驗呢!謝謝你們❤️❤️❤️

Taiwan Chefs Association was invited by the Asia Chinese Traders Federation and the University of Tunku Abdul Rahman(UTAR) to jointly organize the overseas charity cooking activity of the "Taiwan Culinary Charity Performance", caring for and supporting the medical equipment and construction fund activities in Malaysia, and achieving the ultimate goal of culinary with love. The main purpose of the event is also to raise funds for treatment facilities, medical and non-medical support facilities.
On the first day, at Loon Sing Group of Restaurants in Nilai, Taiwanese chefs had cooked Taiwan’s famous delicacies such as Taiwanese Flavor Buddha Jumping Over the Wall, Steamed Sticky Rice with Crab, Small Intestines wrapped in Large Intestines, Rice Cakes, Pearl Milk Tea, Salted Crispy Chicken, and Mango Pomelo Sago.
The next day, 200 Taiwanese-Style Bento Boxes were prepared for lowest income family’s students of UTAR in Grand Kampar Hotel. Then the next day rushed to Teluk Intan to prepare for tomorrow's 700 bento boxes.
On the third day, 700 Taiwanese Home-Style Bento Boxes were made at Bao Chang Er fu Temple and sent to the local elderly home, Orphanage and the disabled.
On April 1, returning to UTAR, Ir Prof Dato’ Dr Ewe Hong Tat, President of UTAR, and Kang Beng Hooi, President of the Asia Chinese Traders Federation, presented a certificate of appreciation to all members of the Taiwan Chefs Association for bringing the charity cooking "Taste of Taiwan, Taste of Humanity" to Malaysia. President Kang Beng Hooi also immediately invited the association to participate in the Culinary Feast charity night held during the summer vacation of July 5 this year, and the two sides agreed to spread Taiwan's good taste and love filled with the milk of human kindness to Malaysia.
Last but not least, we would like to express the gratitude once again to all the chefs who have journeyed alongside Taiwan Chefs Association. The process has been challenging and demanding, but with everyone's concerted efforts and unwavering spirit and attitude in facing difficulties, we have showcased the proud spirit of chefs. This journey is filled with memories and is also a valuable experience in giving back to society to the best of our abilities. Thank you all.❤️❤️❤️
